    Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod Bruno Buntebart contradidit et remisit vxori sue Sophie domum mansionis patris sui oppositam domui sancti spiritus et domum contiguam eidem domui cum cubiculo, in quo pater eiusdem Brunonis pannos suos vendidit, et quicquid de tegumento lobii comitis Hermanni super edificatum est, salua tamen parte hereditatis eiusdem sancti Martini et duos mansos (agri censuales) cum curia adiacentes Rile, .... et sciendum, quod Engilradis soror eiusdem Brunonis cum marito suo Hermanno comite et Richmudis cum marito suo Brunone flaccone super heredi- tate Brunonis et Sophie penitus effestucauerunt.
