Notum, quod theodericus de legnich et uxor sua Methildis eme- runt sibi erga Elizabet relictam Wi. dicti croiwels quartam partem aree iacentis inter ipsum theodericum et ipsam Elizabet in woluis- gazze, ita quod iure obtinebunt. Et sciendum, quod Margareta filia predicte Elizabet suam quartam partem tocius hereditatis ad ipsam spectantis obligauit pro securitate id est ze werschefte, vt si aliquis impetierit primam quartam partem predicte aree vendite, vltima quarta pars inde respondebit.
