Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod Johannes burggra-
uius Coloniensis cum consensu matris sue Mechtildis nobilis matrone de Holthe rogauit
officiales de Oursburgh et licentiam dedit, quod ipsi officiales adscriberent carte
sue Hermannum comitem et uxorem Efagelradim duabus domibus iuxta sanctum Johannem sub
uno teeto videlicet iuxta portam domus et domum contiguam sitam supra anti- quum
fossatum, ita quod obtinebunt pro sua legitima et rationabili hereditate.
Der Burggraf Johannes ertheilt die Erlaubniss, den Grafen Hermann an zwei
