Abstract
Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod magistra, priorissa, totus conueutus ecclesie s. maximini in colonia cum eorum dincvade tradiderunt et remiserunt dimidietatem aree site in foro piscium in littore reni, que quondam fuit wilheri, illam dimidietatem uersus salz- gazzin sitam ante et retro, subtus et superius, prout ibi iacet, et sicut in sua habebant proprietate, Mathie iuniori de foro piscium, ita quod cum cousensu vxoris sue secunde liueradis dictam heredi- tatem quocumque voluerit diuertendi habebit liberam voluntatem. Saluo iure et censu ecclesie s. Brigide, que in eadem hereditate di- noscitur habere.
