Notum sit tam futuris quam presentibus, quod Liueradis, que
fuerat uxor Anselmi de Wolkinburg, cum consensu mariti sui Henrici contradidit et
remisit usumfructum suum, quem habebat inomni hereditate sua et mariti sui prioris
Anselmi, pueris suis Anselmo, Winando et Jutte ac marito suo Waldauero, scilicet in
domo, que dicitur Wolkinburg, iuxta sanctam ceciliam et in domo quadam contigua domui,
que dicitur hodurpil, superius et in domo quadam in platea ceci Johannis, que duas
habet mansiones sub uno tecto, et v sol. reddituum et duos pullos annuatim de area
quadam sita iuxta domum Cristiani de be- rindorp uersus renum. Item in tribus
mansionibus sub uno tecto sitis in platea clippeatorum contiguis domui Hugonis
senioris una domo interposita uersus renum. Item in tercia parte aree site in Kembir-
gazzen, illa uidelicet parte, que sita est uersus sanctum petrum. Item in quarta parte
domus, que dicitur noua aula in platea clippeatorum cum omnibus mansionibus sub eodem
tecto. Item et iu quarta parte duarum domuum contiguarum domui predicte uersus domum
Inge- braudi. Item in quarta parte cuiusdam domus site in parrochia sancti Martiui in
cumulo opposita maremansgazzen ete.1)
Die Witwe des Anselmus von Wolkenburg iibertragt den tfiessbrauch, den sie an
ihrem und ihres Mannes Erbe, namentlich am Hause Wol- kenburg bei St. Cacilien hatte. —
