Friedrich II. befiehlt einem capitän dem B. von Assisi, welcher die rebellische stadt verliess, um ihm die treue zu bewahren, zum ersatze seines schadens und zur entlohnung seiner dienste: de aliquo competenti regimine providere, quod sue conveniat qualitati. Ad maiestatis‒existat. Petr. de Vin. 5,60. ‒ Möglicherweise schon aus dieser zeit, da die feindliche stellung von Assisi zwar erst beim zuge iuni 1241 ausdrücklich betont wird, aber schon für den zug im ian. 1240 nicht zu bezweifeln ist.
