Dimensions: 200 х 310 mm
Condition: Large stains in upper margin and along the bottom edge. Ink faded and smeared along horizontal fold in the middle. Text mostly legible.
Original dating clause: Datum Bude feria quarta proxima post dominicam Ramispalmarum, anno domini millesimo quadringentesimo XLmo tertio.
