Despot Đurađ Branković agrees to surrender to Janos Hunyadi, governor of the realm of Hungary, the fortress of Mwnkach, the towns of Rivulidominarum, Zathmar, Nemethy, and Debreczen, and the manors of Bezermen and Dada, with a total yearly income of 6700 florins, as pledge for the payment of the 155000 florin debt owed by the despot to the governor.
