Nr. XIV. — 1283. — Obtentum legitime, — quod nullus comitatus sub Romano
imperio sine nostro consensu possit vel debeat dividi vel vendi aut distrahi pars aliqua,
per quam esset comitatus huiusmodi diminutus. Grafschaften, welche dem Reiche auf irgend
eine Weise erledigt werden, kann der Konig nach seinem Gefallen an andere verleihen. —
