ad mor- tem? Der hpruch lautete: quod heredes condempnati bonis eius deberent hereditariis
ac patrimonio gaudere, beneficiis eius similiter ad ius et potestatem dominorum, a quibus
habebant, redcuntibus; domino vero, cuiuscumque esset homo condempnatus, bonis eius
mobilibus innitente; h o c tamen excepto, quod sumptus ad incendium here- ticorum faciendi
