LXVII. — 1174. — comes (Guilelmus Forcalcherii) sibi dari petit sententiam, si de iure in irritum debet revocari, quidquid ab antecessoribus de iurisdictione et de iure hospitiorum et dignitate comitatus atienatum esse constaret, sive per venditionem, donationem, seu per quamlibet subtractionem spontaneam vel violentiam. Pro- lata — est sententia —, quod nequaquam firmurn aut stabile deberet aut posset permanere, si quid de comitatus iurisdictione et dignitate ab aliquo supradictorum modorum fuisset alienatum vel deminutum, nulla in praesentibus futu- ris litibus defensione, subscriptione, praescriptione temporis buic restitutioni seu privilegio opponenda.
