Nr. XXXXII. — 1288. — König Rudolf bekundet, es sei vor ihm, als er in
Oesterreich zu Gericht sass, durch die Fiirsten, Grafen, Freien und Ministerialen des
Reichs, sowie durch die Landherrn Oesterreichs der Rechtspruch gefunden worden: quod vel
nos vel illum, quem eisdem terris daremus in dominum, intromittere deberemus de omni bono,
quod Fridericus dux Austrie et Stirie, dum vivebat, in sua potestate et possessione usque
ad mortem suam tenuit et deduxit, sive forent castra sive ville seu quocunque nomine
censeretur, et de hiis optime iustitiam deberemus facere, si quis in idem bonum haberet
