Nr. LXXXXIV. — 1321. — Seitens der Ministerialen des Bisthums Hildesheim war gegen die Verleihung der Re— galien an den vom Kapitel gewahlten Bischof Konrad Ein— spruch erhoben worden, weil sie ex iure et longa consuetu— dine in electione episcoporum H. iustitiam habuissent. Dieser Anspruch wird 1221 durch Urtheil des Reichshofes zuriickgewiesen und die Belehnung Konrads beschlossen.
