episcopus possit vel debeat distra- here seu aliquo modo per infeodationes alienare,
preter consilium et assensum chori sui atque ministerialium suorum, quicquam de redditibus
hofmarchiarum, que ad dominicalia pertinere noscuntur, — ergeht das Urtheil: quod nulli
epi- scoporum liceat aliquatenus redditus huiusmodi distrahere sive alienare per
infeodationes taliter quoquam modo; sed si forsitan per aliquem hoc factum fuerit, talis
