episc. et cler. I. 3), aus welcher auch die Glosse zu Ssp. II. 27 die Zollfreiheit der
Geistlichen rechtfertigt. Dass die reicbsrechtlichen Bestimmungen uicht im Stande waren,
den Klerus zu schiitzen und deshalb die einzelncn Stifter und Kloster vielfach
Zollprivilegien nachsuchten, hat schon Friedberg 1. c. S. 211—217 nachgewiesen. Vgl.
