Nach ihrem Tode forderten die Kinder die Stiftungsgiiter zuriick: successores, edocti ab legis peritis, irritari posse tra— ditionem illam, supradictum monasterium cum omnibus eo pertinentibus in hereditarium sibi ius legibus posjtularunt; — legibus discussis filii parentum suorum hereditatem princi- pum obtinuere iudicio.
