Wilhelm mit den Regalien belehnt worden, ein Urtheil: si omnia officia sua, exceptis
quatuor principalibus officiis, de iure vacarent et forent pro suo beneplacito
instituenda, dummodo per homines ecclesie sue eadem officia procuraret? Die Frage wird
bejaht, doch mit dem Zusatz: nisi forsan ex antiquo iure hereditario ho- mines ecclesie
