investituram recepisset, proposuitr quod marcam auri pro iure Capelle nostre solvere non
deberet. Cum igitur idem archiep. princeps sit imperii et civitas Bis. immediate ad
imperium pertinere noscatur, sententiatum extitit, quod ipse dictam auri marcam, sicut et
