Nr. CCCXXIV. — 1150. — Konrad III. ersucht den Papst Eugen III, einen Freien,
welcher bei der papstlichen Curie angeklagt worden, einem Kleriker eine schimpfliche
Korperverletzung zugefiigt zu haben, und deshalb excom- municirt wurde, von dieser
Kirchenstrafe zu ledigen: quoniam ab eodem clerico super eadem re in nostra curia
pulsatus, iudicio gentis sue et ctirie nostre, quod inno- cens esset, iuramento
