CCV1I. — 1240. — Auf Antrag des Bischofs von Brixen wird vor Konrad IV. erkannt: quod nulli licitum sit, prebere conductum alicui transeunti per terram sive duca- tum electi (des Bischofs) ipsius, excepto imperatore et rege, quibus id competit ex imperial) dignitate, nisi de predicti electi licencia et assensu.
