Nr. LXXXX. — 1182. — iudicatum est, quod uni- versi ecclesiarum ministri ab
huiusmodi exactienibus — (collecte, que in civitate Wormaciensi ad nostrum fiunt
obsequium) — liberi esse debeant et immunes, hii videlicet, qui fratribus et ecclesie
cottidie in propria persona deser- viunt, nec mercimoniis operam dant nec foro rerum vena-
lium student nec pro subterfugio nostre collecte obsequio fratrum se applicant. Nos itaque
omnes huiusmodi ecclesie Wormaciensis ministros, qui certi et publici mercatores non sunt,
ab omnibus angariis et perangariis, ab exactionibus et collectis, auctoritate imperiali
absolvimus et, ut ecclesie ac fratribus libere servire possint ac devote, immunes esse
decernimus. absque contradictione detinuerit, nullus heres ei.auferre presutnat, sed
ordine iudiciario coram imperatore vel in synodo, si quis putat se habere rationabiles
