Nr. LXXXXVIII. — 1184. — Der Bischof Robert von Kamerik beschwert sich im
Reichshofe, dass gewisse Kauf- Jeute von ihm die Bezahlung von Schulden forderten, welche
.sein Vorganger contrahirt habe. Es wird darauf das Ur- theil gefunden: quod nullus
princeps ecclesiasticus tenetur solvere debita predecessoris sui, que non per consensum
imperatorie maiestatis et consilium capituli sui mutuo accepit, et bona ecclesiastica nec
ei vendere licet nec pig— nori obligare, nisi per eundem imperatorie maiestatis con
