Nr. CXXXIX. — 1220. — Zu Gunsten des Patriarchen von Aglei ergehen unter
anderen folgende Rechtspriiche: Item quod non liceat alicui civitati, communitati,
universitati, cle— rico vel laico, ubi dictus patriarcha habet iurisdictionem,
intromittere se de episcopatu post decessum episcopi vel de aliquibus rebus ad episcopatum
pertinentibus. — Item quod nulli liceat castaldioni vel officiali manumitlere debitales,
ven- dere vel alienare vineas, agros, prata, vias vel aliqua, que pertinent ad regalia
