Nr. CCXV. — Ficker: acta sel. imp. S. 277 Nr. 315. — Hier ist auch hinzuweisen
aus die bei Ficker a. a. 0. S. 536 mitgetheilte Cr- kunde Ludwigs von 1310. Die Burger von
Goslar beschweren sich beim Konig, dass man ihnen haufig ihre Lehne entziehe, unter dem
Vorwande: quod hoc iure, quod herschilt vocatur, careant. Der Konig erklart, sie sollten
den Heersobild haben, gleich Ritterburtigen lehnsfahig sein, und keiner ihrer Lehnsherren
