Nr. CLXXXX. — 1285. — Et sententiatum extitit, quod falsarius falsam monetam
cudens vel fabricans, si' deprehensus fuerit, sit decollationis pena plectendus; et illi,
qui cum eadem moneta scienter exercet commercia vel ipsam conservat ex certa scientia,
manus debet amputari; dominus vero huiusmodi falsarios in suis munitionibus con- fovens
