Nr. CCCII. — 1149. — Ein Ministeriale des Klosters des hlg. Remigius zu Rheims,
welcher in der Villa Cusel an der Mosel wohnte, hatte angeblich widerrechtlich ver-
schiedene Besitzungen des Klosters an sich gezogen und sollte sich deshalb vor den
Stiftsobern in Rheims verant- worten. Er verweigerte dies unter dem Vorgeben: se intra
fines alterius regni causam non debere agere et iudicium subire, sed in terra et lege
