Nr. CCLXXXXII1. — 1232- — Osnabrugensis episc. — proposuit, requirendo, si quis
infra minores annos positus cum aliquo consanguineo suo bona pro indiviso possideat,
deinde ad legitimam aetatem proveniens et id coram iudice probans, divisionem ipsorum
bonorum petierit optinendam et con- sanguineus contradicat, si fuerit divisio pronunciata
per iu- dicem, tan tum iuris ex illa sententia iudicis consequatur, quanto si de partium
