    Arnoldus Dei gratia Treuirorum archiepiscopus . ab- bâtisse et conuentui Vallis Rosarura Cisterciensis ordinis Treuerensis diócesis salutem in uero salutari. Cum ad re- ligionis incrementum ex officii nostri debito iutendere te- neamur attendentes ecclcsiam vestram egestate non módica

    laborare pie uobis subuenire intendentes . parrochialem ecclesiam in Haubach noslré diócesis vacantem vobis con- cedimus perpetuo possidendam . et in usus vestre ecclesie conuertendam. Johannis domini de NurLherc (i) palroni ejusdem pleno super hiis accedente consensu. Volumus autem . vt idoneum et perpetuum vicarium presenteliä ad ipsam cui de prouentibus ejus compelens portio assigne- tur . de qua jura episcopalia et archidiaconalia persoluere et bospitalitatem valeat susiinere.
