Albert z Blečjega Vrha potrjuje daritev dveh kmetij v Paški vasi pri Šoštanju (Paka prope sanctum Martinum) in dveh v Rečici ob Paki (Raeschiz), ki jih je pokojni Hartnid Ortniški daroval gornjegrajskemu samostanu.
