Gizela, vdova z Blečjega Vrha, potrjuje daritev štirih hub v Paški vasi pri Šoštanju (in Paka), ki sta jih njen mož in njegov brat Hartnid Ortniški darovala gornjegrajskemu samostanu, pridrži pa si odvetniško pravico.
