Grofica Elizabeta iz Vovberka jemlje gornjegrajski samostan v svoje varstvo in zaščito, ker ji je opat obljubil tako zvestobo, kot njenemu pokojnemu možu. če pa bi se slučajno poročila, bi si samostan lahko sam izbral odvetnika po svoji izbiri.
