Jakob iz Strmola (Stermol), župnik v Šmarju (Harland), kanonik v Tridentu in Brixnu, naznanja priorinji Katarini iz Zapric (Apetz) in samostanu Velesovo, da s soglasjem bratov Kolona in Heranda ustanavlja v samostanski cerkvi v Velesovem (Michelsteten) pri oltarju sv. Janeza Krstnika in Evangelista večno mašo s stalnim kaplanom.
