Tomaž iz Dupelj (Dewplach) in njegova žena Neža potrjujeta veljavnost oporoke svojega brata in svaka Hermana, vikarja v Kovorju (Kewer), s katero je ta zapustil svoj dvor v Spodnjih/Zgornjih Dupljah (Dewplach) Petru, župniku v Kovorju, in svojemu bratu Juriju in se odpovedujeta vsem pravicam do njega.
