Jakob iz Bresternice (Jacob cze Dresternitz) in njegov brat Mihael (Michel) prodata s svojima ženama in z vsemi dediči viltuškemu oskrbniku Juriju (Joergen dez Wilthawser schaffer) in vsem njegovim dedičem klet s pripadajočim v Bresternici (cze Drestanitz), ležeče pri kleti Jakoba, Bernardovega sina (Jacobs dez Pernharts sun). Posest je bila prodana s privoljenjem bresterniškega župana (suppan cze Drestenitz) Nikolaja Gradnerja (Niclas dez Gradner), ki prejema s posesti letno po šest denarjev za činž. Listino je pečatil Hertlein Hawsner (Haertlein der Hawesner). Aussteller: Jakob iz Bresternice in njegov brat Mihael s svojima ženama in z vsemi dediči Empfänger: Jurij, viltuški oskrbnik in vsi njegovi dediči
