Avstrijski nadvojvoda Ferdinand I. potrdi na prošnjo sodnika, sveta in tržanov trga Veržeja (richter, rate vnd vnnser burger in markht Wernsee) svoboščine, ki so jih tržanom dali cesar Maksimilijan in Friderik III. ter njuni predniki. Friderik je tržanom podelil pravico do sejmov na nedeljo po prazniku najdenja sv. Križa in na Mihelovo (29. september), Maksimiljan pa jim je potrdil prvi sejem ter prestavil Mihelov sejem na nedeljo po prazniku Marijinega vnebovzetja.
