Cesar Leopold I. ukazuje vsem svojim podložnikom, da poskrbijo za odpravo šušmarjev na območju, kjer imajo pravico opravljanja čevljarske obrti le člani mariborskega čevljarskega ceha (die maister des schuester handtwerchs in… statt Mahrburg). Šušmarji mariborskim čevljarjem ne jemljejo zaslužka le v mariborskem, ampak tudi v zbelovskem deželskem sodišču. Aussteller: cesar Leopold I.
