Cesar Karel VI. potrjuje cehu mariborskih zidarjev, kamnosekov in tesarjev (die maurer, stainmez und zimmerleüth unserer statt Mahrburg) cehovska pravila in območje njihovega delovanja, kakor tudi patenta vlade in komore iz let 1701 in 1716. Območje delovanja ceha je določeno takole: Radlje (Mährnberg), Sv. Duh (Heyl. Geist), Lučane (Leütschach), Gomilica (Gambliz), Ernovž (Ehrenhausen), Špilje (Spillfeld), Nebova (Ebencreüz) do Vurberka (Wurmberg), onstran Drave pa do Ravnega polja (Ebensfeld), preko Majšperka (Mannsperg) in Žetal (Schiltern) proti Ptujski gori (Neüstüfft), Štatenberku (Stättenberg), Rogatcu (Rohitsch) in Studenic (Studenitz) pa v smeri Konjic (Gonnabitz), od tod pa proti Vitanju (Weittenstein).
