Cesar Jožef II. potrdi na prošnjo ljutomerskega trškega sodnika in sveta (richter und rath des markts Luttenberg) tržanom pravico do petih letnih sejmov, ki jim jih je portdila že njegova mati in cesarica Marija Terezija leta 1742. Sejmi naj bodo na vsak kvatrni torek ter na velikonočni torek. V kolikor pa bi kateri izmed navedenih dni bil praznik, naj se semanji dan prenese na prvi naslednji delovni dan.
