14981121, Maribor (zw Marchburg)
Mariborski deželnoknežji oficial in vrhovni kletarski mojster (amptman vnd obrister kellermaister zw Marchburg) Henrik Seepach (Hairich von Scheppach) podeli Jakobu iz Nebove (Jacob von Newba) v zakup po gorskem pravu vinograd v Celestrini (in der Selestrynn). Posest leži med vinogradom Primoža in vinogradom Andreja Kolbiča (Andre Kolbitz), prej last župana Murka. Hasnovalec zemlje je dolžan dajati v mariborsko deželnoknežjo klet (im amptkeller zw Marchburg) drugo leto pol vodnega vedra, tretje leto pa celo vedro mošta. Listino je pečatil njen izstavitelj. Aussteller: Henrik Seepach, mariborski deželnoknežji oficial in vrhovni kletarski mojster Empfänger: Jakob iz Nebove
