Mariborski meščan Tomaž Hoffner (Thomas Hoffner, burger zu Marchburg) proda someščanu Viljemu Taringerju (Wilhalbm Taringer) vinograd z vsem pripadajočim v Počehovi (zu Potzschkhau), ležeč med vinogradom mariborskega meščana Ruperta Heberja (Rueprechtn Heber, burger zu Marchburg) in vinogradom čevljarja Jerneja (Pärttell schuester). K prodaji je dal svoje soglasje mariborski deželnoknežji oficial in vrhovni kletarski mojster Wolfgang Schelchs (Wolffganng Schelchs), ki se mu za hasnovanje posesti daje letno po tri računska vedra mošta in po šest gorskih denarjev.
