Mariborski mestni sodnik, svet in šesterica prodajo Matiji Lorberju (Matthias Lorber) in njegovim dedičem hišo, ki stoji v Cerkveni ulici (in der Khirchgassen) in med hišo zdravnika Jakoba Kräznerja (doctoren Jacobum Khräzner medicinae doctorn) in hišo lekarnarja Mihaela Žgolarja (Micheln Schgollärs). Hišo je prej imel Franc Steyer, pa mu jo je mesto zaradi davčnih zaostankov odvzelo. Hiša meji s sprednjo stranjo na Cerkveno ulico, zadaj pa na Malo Cerkveno ulico (Khürhgässl). Mesto prejema letno po poldrugi denar. Pečateno z mestnim pečatom. Aussteller: mesto Maribor Empfänger: Matija Lorber in njegovi dediči
