Jožefa Terglavčnik (Josepha Terglauschnigg), rojena pl. Stremitzberg (gebohrne edle von Stremitzberg), lastnica pohorskodvorske gospoščine (herrschaft Hauss am Pacher) itd., podeli Petru Trafüserju (Peter Trafüeser) in njegovi ženi Ceciliji kupno in ščitno pismo za kajžo, kos njive in travnika v uradu Spodnje Hoče (amt Unterkötsh). Za hasnovanje zemlje, ki meji na potok, na posest Breznika (Wresnig) in na gospoščinski hlev, se daje pohorskodvorski gospoščini letno po pet goldinarjev in devet krajcarjev.
