Avstrijski cesar Franc I. potrdi na prošnjo sodnika in sveta konjiškega trga (Richter und Röthe des Munizipal Marktes Gonobitz) trgu dva živinska sejma. Podeli pa trgu tudi še pravico do letnega sejma za dan 3. oktobra. Če bi semanji dan sovpadal z zapovednim praznikom, naj se sejem prestavi na prvi naslednji delovni dan.
