    Ego, Nicholaus de Rode, notum facio presentibus et futuris, quod Ghiselinus de Okene, homo meus, et Margareta, ejus uxor, totam suam decimam, quam a me tenebant in feodum, jacentem in parrochia de Rumbeka, personatu ecclesie sancti Bertini, urgente eos gravi necessitate, per judicium hominum meorum, vendiderunt legitime dicte ecclesie sancti Bertini simul et in elemosinam dede- runt. Ipsi enim eandem decimam in manus meas ad opus dicte ecclesie reddi- derunt, quam ego ad petitionem eorum eidem ecclesie, causa Dei et pro salute anime mee, antecessorum meorum, ac etiam heredum meorum, in elemosinam dedi, libere perpetuo possidendam; a�? per hoc promitto me dictam decimam eidem ecclesie contra heredes dictorum Ghiselini et Margarete, si in aliquo vel- lent contraire, garandire. Promisit etiam dicta Margareta, uxor dicti Ghiselini, coram me et hominibus meis, fide et juramento interpositis, quod de cetero nullum jus, ratione dotis seu donationis propter nuptias ne�? aliqua de causa, reclamabit in decima supradicta. Actum anno Domini millesimo CC° quinquagesimo primo, mense junio.
