Universis tam presentibus quam futuris notum esse volumus et tenore presentium protestamur quod auetoritate officii nobis commissi ecclesiam parochialem in Her bern, quondam domui Confluentine attinentem et incorporatam, domui Wetflariensi de novo inchoate in subsidium et sustenta- tionem fratrum nostri ordinis pro tempore commorantium ibi dem dedimus et per presentes conferimus perpetuo possiden- dam.
