      Symon scultetus, Siffridus Spedel, Henricus Steinhard et Waltherus de Kesselnheim ceterique scabini civitatis Confluen- tine. Notum esse volumus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod nos cum domino Henrico diacono, clerico sancti Castoris, pro extructo muro civitatis circa domum, quam iuxta fratres domus Teutonice dinoscitur obtinere, taliter convenimus et huiusmodi sibi fecimus pactionem, quod recepta pecunia ipsius cuius quan- titas nobis competens videbatur, murum edificabimus, nichil ulterius requirentes ab eo post structuram muri; deinceps a nobis vel successoribus nostris per accusationem eo quod eadem do- mus nimis vicina muro videatur, predictus diaconus vel eius successores quicunque fuerint, nullam penitus decetero pacien- tur lesionem. In cuius rei testimonium et perpetuam firmitatem presens instrumentum predicto clerico sigillo civitatis tradimus communitum. Datum anno domini m.cc.l.iiii., xv. kal. augusti.
