        Sifridus dei gracia sancte Maguutine sedis archiepiscopus, sacri imperii per Germaniam archicancellarius. Universis offi cials suis super Renum constitutis salutem et omne bonum. Volumus et mandamus vobis, ut naves dilectorum nobis fratrum domus Teutonicorum in Confluentia cum rebus, quas nuntii eorundem iuramento prestito affirmaverint esse suas, descen- dendo per Renum seu etiam ascendendo in perpetuum permit- tatis sine telonei exactione libere pertransire. Datum apud Lo- nekke, xvii. kal. febr., anno domini m.cc.xl. quinto, pontifi catus nostri anno quintodecimo.
