      Syfridus dei gracia sancte Coloniensis ecclesie archiepisco- pus, sacri imperii per Ytaliam archicancellarius. Universis pre sentes litteras inspecturis salutem in domino. Noverint universi, quod nos serenissimi domini quondam Willelmi Romanorum regis illustris litteras non cancellatas non abolitas nec in aliqua parte sui viciatas sed integras sub veris sigillis vidimus subscrip tas de verbo ad verbum in hunc modum:

      Willelmus dei gracia Romanorum rex etc. Datum Co lonie , viii. kal. nov., indictione undecima, anno domini м.cc.l. secundo. In cuius testimonium sigillum nostrum presentibus duximus ap- ponendum. Datum Colonie, anno domini m.cc.lxx. octavo, in vigilia purificationis beate Marie virginis.
