      Nos Rulmannus plebanus in inferiori Laynstein necnon Iohannes schultetus, Petrus dictus Schele Iohannes dictus Mu lich et Engelmannus dictus Busener schabini ibidem notum fa- cimus universis presentes literas inspecturis et audituris quod constitutus in nostra presentia et in iudicio seculari in inferiori Laynstein Iohannes filius quondam Gele dicte de rufo domo in Confluen. renunciavit omnibus actionibus et questionibus que ipsi competebant seu competere poterint super vendicione qua tuor marcarum et sex solidorum den. annui census quos dicta Gela mater sua Richolfus et Helwigis eius liberi iusto vendicio- nis tytulo et modo consueto vendiderunt religiosis viris .. com- mendatori et fratribus domus Theutonice in Confluentia prout in littera super hoc confecta, cuius ipsius cedula est annexa *), plenius continetur, et ratificavit et in hiis scriptis ratificat ven- dicionem predictam, maxime eciam quum ad legitimem et debi tam etatem dicitur pervenisse. In cuius rei testimonium sigilla nostra ad preces dicti Iohannis presentibus duximus apponenda.
