      Gumpertus dei gratia Fritzlariensis ecclesie prepositus. Uni- versis Christi fidelibus hanc paginam inspecturis in domino sa- lutem. Tenore presentium volumus declarari, quod comes Hen- ricus de Richenbach, professionem et habitum eorum qui in cismarinis partibus in Theutonica domo deo omnipotenti et glo- riose virgini Marie deserviunt assumens, una cum filiis suis comitibus Henrico Wernhero et Godefrido scolare, cuidam loco, qui Richenbach dicitur, Teutonice domui pertinenti bona sua in Vorrieden, Poppenhagen, Belderichsfeld, Hetzelshagen , Wetzelsrod, Kamphis cum locis campestribus, usuagiis, pisca- riis et universis pertinentiis contulit devote. Hoc adiciens et fide in manus nostras cum filiis suis memoratis data constanter re- promittens, quod si episcopus Herbipolensis, a quo habet in feodo bona in Vorrieden, donationem eorundem bonorum ratum nollet habere, ipsi et filii sui predicti et quidam honesti milites, quos in testium recitatione subiungemus, eadem bona cum bonis et proprietatibus suis Teutonice domui recompensabunt.
